Caroline Beasley Appointed to NAB Radio Board

WASHINGTON, DC - NAB Radio Board Chairman David Field has appointed Beasley Broadcast Group Executive Vice President and CFO Caroline Beasley to the NAB Radio Board. Ms. Beasley fills the vacancy created on the NAB Radio Board following the election of Bruce Reese as NAB Joint Board Chairman.

Caroline Beasley has served as Beasley Broadcast Group's vice president, chief financial officer and secretary since 1994 and became executive vice president in 2005. Since joining the company in 1983, Ms. Beasley has served in various capacities including business manager, assistant controller and corporate controller. She earned a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a member of the Broadcast & Cable Financial Management Association. She is also on the Board of the Bank of Florida, headquartered in Naples.

The National Association of Broadcasters is a full-service trade association that promotes and protects free, over-the-air local radio and television stations' interests in Washington and around the world. NAB is the broadcaster's voice before Congress, federal agencies and the courts. NAB also serves a growing number of associate and international broadcaster members.
