FCC Grants NAB's Request for Further Analysis of Revised Ownership Form
The FCC last week granted in part and denied in part an NAB Petition for Reconsideration regarding the revised Broadcast Ownership Report - FCC Form 323 - that broadcasters have to fill out every two years. The FCC earlier this year proposed expanding the requirements of the biannual form for broadcasters to collect more data, especially as it relates to minority and female ownership.

Air Congressional PSAs Before November 30, 2009
With only one month left until the end of the NAB Congressional Families Public Service Campaign, NAB encourages television and radio stations to air public service announcements (PSAs) featuring your elected officials frequently before November 30, 2009. More than 230 members of Congress and their families participated in NAB's 2009 Congressional PSA campaign, producing nearly 800 PSAs on a variety of important health and social topics. Radio stations can download the PSAs from NAB Spot Center and television stations can order a free dub by contacting NAB.
