Artificial intelligence is changing how broadcasters create and verify content, understand audience behavior, build loyalty and support sustainable operations. To help NAB member stations build practical skills, NAB and the Google News Initiative are offering a free virtual training series focused on real-world broadcast workflows. While the training features Google tools and technologies, the skills and strategies covered can support broader newsroom, audience and revenue operations.

This track provides a data-backed roadmap and practical Google tools to help broadcasters better understand audience behavior, optimize engagement and retention, and build stronger strategies for subscriptions and contributions.
Participation in the current Journalism Track is not required. Current Journalism Track participants who want to continue with the Audience and Revenue Track must register separately.

Who should attend the Audience and Revenue Track?
The training is designed for NAB member station professionals working in areas such as audience development, analytics, digital strategy, engagement, marketing and revenue.
Do I need to have participated in the Journalism Track?
No. The Audience and Revenue Track is a new opportunity and is open to eligible professionals at NAB member stations regardless of whether they participated in the Journalism Track.
I'm already registered for the Journalism Track. Do I need to register again?
Yes. Registration does not carry over. Journalism Track participants who want to participate in the Audience and Revenue Track must complete a new registration.
Can multiple staff members from the same station participate?
Yes. NAB encourages stations to register multiple team members and to share the opportunity with colleagues whose roles align with the training.
Is there a cost?
No. This training is provided free as an exclusive NAB member benefit.
Are sessions live or on demand?
Sessions are live and virtual.
Do I need prior AI experience?
No. The program is designed to help broadcasters build practical AI skills regardless of previous experience.
