Bring Your Team

Led by trainers supported by the Google News Initiative, this program provides practical, hands-on instruction on how AI can support journalism, streamline workflows and strengthen verification practices.

NAB encourages stations to register multiple team members, including reporters, producers, anchors, assignment editors, digital content creators, newsroom leaders and station managers. The greatest value comes when teams learn together and apply new skills across newsroom and content operations.

Why This Matters

Broadcasters are being asked to create more content, serve audiences across more platforms and do it all with limited time and resources. This training will help participants learn practical ways to use AI to improve workflows, strengthen journalism and make more time for the work that matters most.

What You'll Learn

  • Save time on research, content development and routine tasks
  • Create and repurpose content more efficiently across platforms
  • Enhance visual and multimedia storytelling
  • Analyze large volumes of information and source material more quickly
  • Strengthen verification practices and reporting integrity
  • Identify synthetic or AI-generated media
  • Apply practical AI skills immediately in day-to-day work

A second training track focused on audience growth, engagement and revenue optimization will be announced later this year.
