NAB Statement Regarding FCC Reform Legislation

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- In response to the House Subcommittee on Communications and Technology hearing Wednesday regarding draft FCC reform legislation, NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith issued the following statement:

"We are pleased Chairman Walden and the House Energy & Commerce Committee are considering possible changes to the FCC rulemaking process that would provide additional opportunities for public comment. We look forward to working with the Committee as it moves forward."
