REMINDER: July 10 Filing Deadline Approaching

AThe Federal Communications Commission (FCC) previously extended until July 10 the deadlines for broadcasters to submit their first quarter issues/programs lists, originally due April 10, and their first annual Children's Television Programming Report, originally due March 30. See the Media Bureau's March 27 Public Notice announcing these deadline changes here.

As a reminder, radio and TV stations must place both their first and second quarter issues/programs lists in their online public inspection files by July 10.

In addition, TV stations must file their first annual children's TV report on the revised FCC Form 2100, Schedule H by July 10. This initial filing covers the period September 16, 2019 through December 31, 2019. TV stations will file their next annual kid vid report covering all of 2020 by the end of January 2021.
