Join Us Tomorrow for a Twitter Chat with Maria Elena Salinas

We hope you and your station staff will join us for a live Twitter chat on Tuesday, January 15 at 1 p.m. EST with award-winning journalist and 2017 NAB Broadcasting Hall of Fame honoree Maria Elena Salinas, moderated by Univision’s Fernando Pizarro. Ms. Salinas will be fielding questions in English and Spanish on the important role of Spanish-language broadcasters in communities across the nation. This Twitter chat is an initiative of NAB’s We Are Broadcasters campaign to highlight the unique and important ways broadcasters serve their local communities.

If you’ve never participated in a Twitter chat, it’s easy! Just follow these three steps:

1. Log in to your Twitter account on Twitter.com or on the Twitter mobile app, with your Twitter handle at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15.
2. Enter this hashtag: #LatinosInNews in the Twitter search bar and Twitter will pull up all the related messages so you can follow the conversation. 
3. Feel free to ask a question or just read along.
