The dedicated 3,400-square-foot meeting space is equipped with a 32-foot video wall, DPL projection screens and LCD monitors to fully engage your guests. Multimedia features include robotic cameras, wireless conference table microphones, Wi-Fi and teleconferencing capabilities via platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
The conference center provides the opportunity to create fully virtual events in this award-winning, state-of-the-art venue. To further enhance the quality of your event, multimedia production services are also available in the NAB Studio, where broadcast professionals can produce high-quality content to elevate their organization’s image and brand.

The Conference Center at 1 M St. SE is comprised of a large conference room that can be divided into three smaller rooms for more intimate functions. In addition to hosting in-person meetings and events, our multimedia capabilities also provide the flexibility to include hybrid and fully virtual meetings and events.
The rooftop terrace faces west and offers an amazing sunset view and beautiful setting for outdoor receptions while enjoying the expansive views of the city, with the U.S. Capitol to the north, Ronald Reagan National Airport to the south and a view for miles out to the National Cathedral and beyond. Staged seating includes bar-height tables and stools, four-top tables, cocktail tables, lounge settees and umbrellas.

Colonial Parking operates the parking garage of the 1M building. The parking garage entrance is on Van Street on the east side of the building, across from The Bullpen. If the parking garage is full, there are a few other parking garages and surface lots within a block radius. Paid street parking may also be available.
The closest Metro stop, Navy Yard stop on the Green Line, is located a block and a half away.
