2008 NAB Show Enhances Global Reach
The NAB Show announced that 80 international groups, organized by 50 different delegation leaders, will attend the NAB Show, April 11-17 in Las Vegas, Nev. Nine delegations are coming to the Show for the first time representing Jordan, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Nigeria, Angola, Ghana, Russia, Columbia and Uruguay. International attendance at the 2008 NAB Show is expected to surpass last year's show where more than 27,000 electronic media professionals representing 163 countries traveled from outside the U.S. to network and establish business partnerships with global players.

Reminder: The FCC Needs to Hear About Your Local Service
The FCC is currently collecting comments in the Localism proceeding that could go a long way toward determining how much the Commission can regulate your station in the future. The FCC is considering several rule changes that could substantially burden stations with more paperwork and labor requirements. The Commission has concluded that broadcasters have no connection with their community. We believe this conclusion is incorrect.

Help mobilize Americans to "thank" the men and women of the United States Armed Forces by airing a new public service announcement (PSA) from ThanksUSA featuring Mylin, a recording artist and the daughter of a US military veteran. ThanksUSA provides educational scholarships to the kids and spouses of active duty military personnel. The television PSA will be featured on April's PSA Satellite Feed.
