Thank you for your participation in the first nationwide EAS Test. As America’s first informers, broadcasters are a critical lifeline for many Americans during times of crisis. And as the backbone of the Emergency Alert System, it is imperative that we work with our federal partners to regularly test the EAS system to ensure the safety of all Americans.

New License Renewal Cycle Started June 1, 2011
Radio stations in Florida, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands must have filed their license renewal applications on or before October 1, 2011. These stations must air post-filing on-air announcements on November 16, and December 1 and 16.
