Network and Recruit Qualified Candidates at the Radio Show and Receive EEO Credit

Finding the right candidate for a job can be tough. More and more, traditional recruitment channels are proving their inadequacy as tools to attract top talent. Increasingly, successful recruiting boils down to successful networking. That's precisely why the NAB Education Foundation (NABEF) is pleased to announce a special career networking event to be held at this year's Radio Show in Chicago, Ill.

This networking event will allow a variety of radio industry organizations to meet and personally interact with dozens of qualified and driven professionals. The event include a series of roundtable-style networking sessions and group interviews, allowing attendees and recruiters to interact in a fast-paced, personal and competitive setting. Recruiters will have a tremendous opportunity to highlight their available positions, and to speak with potential candidates on a far more intimate level than possible at a traditional career fair. At past years' events, recruiter-attendee encounters directly resulted in many hires. Additionally, participating recruiters will receive EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) credit.

The event will take place Friday, September 16 from 2 – 5 p.m. at the Grand Hyatt Regency in Chicago. Interested parties should contact Rumana Sultana, NABEF project manager, at (202) 429-5428.
