FCC License Renewal Cycle Starts June 1, 2011 Save the Date for NAB's License Renewal Webcast on April 26 The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has released a Public Notice highlighting revisions to the license renewal application (Form 303-S), including new certifications concerning non-discriminatory advertising contracts and a station's minimum operating schedule. The new form also simplifies the RF Radiation certification. The Public Notice also provides information on the upcoming schedule for radio license renewals. The first group of renewal applications is due on or before June 1, 2011, from radio stations in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
