NAB's Executive Development Seminar for Radio and Television Broadcasters (EDS) gives you the knowledge to become a better manager and enhances leadership skills to advance in your career. Taught by nationally known business leaders and professors from top-ranked universities, including Georgetown and Notre Dame, the curriculum meets the specific needs of broadcast managers and executives from stations, groups and networks. Held July 25-28, 2011, at NAB headquarters in Washington, D.C., EDS gives you the tools to master critical areas of management such as leadership, competitive strategy, negotiations, financial intelligence, building relationship brands and facing difficult conversations.
