The 2012 political presidential primary season has involved many move-up dates, and some states are still adjusting their schedules. Stations should consult with station counsel to obtain information on party caucuses to determine if the LUC window applies. All dates are according to the most recent Federal Election Commission information, unless otherwise noted. As a reminder, the General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. The LUC window for the General Election will open Friday, September 7, 2012.
