Government Relations Update

The U.S. House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology has scheduled a hearing for Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. EDT., entitled "Using Spectrum to Advance Public Safety, Promote Broadband, Create Jobs and Reduce the Deficit." NAB is providing Robert Good, chief engineer of WGAL-TV in Lancaster, Pa., as a witness. Mr. Good will focus on the engineering issues associated with repacking, channel sharing and channel relocation. The final witness list is below.
