The "Greg and the Morning Buzz" program on Clear Channel's WGIR-FM Manchester, N.H., and WHEB-FM Portsmouth raised more than $60,000 during the program's 20th annual Lend a Helping Can radiothon last week. Throughout the 27 hours of live broadcast, Greg and the Morning Buzz invited musicians and celebrities to take part in the two-day event which provided canned goods and funds to 11 agencies that serve the less fortunate across New Hampshire. Host Greg Kretschmar believes the Lend a Helping Can drive has raised more than $1 million in food donations since the program’s first drive in 1990. Click here to read more about the event.
