Gerry House to be Inducted Into NAB Broadcasting Hall of Fame
Gerry House, award-winning Nashville radio personality and renowned songwriter, will be inducted into the NAB Broadcasting Hall of Fame during the NAB Show Radio Luncheon, sponsored by ASCAP. The luncheon, to be held Tuesday, April 12, will also feature the annual presentation of the prestigious NAB Crystal Radio Awards, which honor local radio stations for community service.

New Let's Move! PSAs Now Available
The Ad Council recently distributed a new series of Let's Move! public service announcements (PSAs) designed to address childhood obesity in the United States. The new spots, created by Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, feature Disney's well-known "Beauty and the Beast" characters and encourage children to "discover the magic and beauty of healthy living." The second series of PSAs, developed by McCann-Erickson in conjunction with Major League Baseball (MLB) and the MLB Players Association, feature First Lady Michelle Obama with players from teams across the country, encouraging parents and children to "eat healthy so they can play an hour a day, every day."
