All commercial television stations are required to file a Children's TV Programming Report (FCC Form 398) for the July 1 through September 30, 2010 calendar quarter by October 10. Stations should remember to also place a copy of FCC Form 398 and documentation regarding children's programming commercial time for that calendar quarter in your public file.
