Special Events such as super sessions, the Marconi Radio Awards and both luncheons will take place on the Constitution Level (3B), down the Constitution Foyer on the right in the Constitution Ballroom.

The Marketplace is located on the Independence Level (5B) in Independence A.

Conference sessions will take place in two locations. Most will take place on the Independence Level (5B) in Rooms B, C, D/E, F/G and H/I which all flank the Independence Ballroom. Others will occur in the Conference Theater located on the Lagoon Level (1B).

Engineering Sessions will take place in the Conference Theater on Wednesday and in Farragut Square located on the Independence Level (5B) both Thursday and Friday.

All info sessions will take place in Latrobe and Burnham on the Constitution Level (3B).

The Radio Show Staff Office will be located in Franklin Square on the Independence Level (5B).
