"Time to Talk" PSAs Feature Teen Star McAullife; Available from The Partnership at Drugfree.org

Radio and television PSAs from The Partnership at Drugfree.org aimed at encouraging and empowering parents to have frequent, positive conversations with their kids about the risks of drugs and alcohol use are now available for stations to air through September 30. The television spots feature breakthrough teen star, Callan McAullife, of this summer’s coming of age flick, “Flipped” directed by Rob Reiner premiering Friday, August 6. The PSAs depict McAullife as a teenage instructor to a classroom full of parents, humorously teaching them that talking to your kids about substance abuse doesn’t have to be as hard as they think. The spots were made available to television stations as part of NAB's July 16 satellite feed, and will be featured again as part of NAB's August 20 feed at the same satellite coordinates.

A companion 30-second radio spot, entitled "Rap," is available for download through NABSpotCenter.org.
