Every day, broadcasters serve their local communities. They provide a lifeline in times of crisis and disaster relief in the aftermath; they raise money and awareness for people in need and for charitable causes; and they participate in community events and donate airtime to support community issues. On Monday, June 14, 2010, the NAB Education Foundation will host the 12th annual Celebration of Service to America Awards in Washington, D.C., to recognize the incredible efforts of local radio and television stations to serve their local communities.
You deserve recognition for your service to the American public. We encourage you to submit your entries today! Complete details and entry rules and procedures are available at www.nabef.org/ServiceToAmerica.
