Broadcast licensees who are required to pay annual regulatory fees for fiscal year 2009 must submit their payments to the FCC no later than 11:59 p.m. on September 22, 2009, to avoid a 25 percent late payment penalty charge. Licensees should visit the FCC’s Regulatory Fees Web site at http://www.fcc.gov/fees/regfees.html to gather information about their fiscal year 2009 regulatory fees.

Starting this year, the FCC is mandating that licensees use the FCC’s electronic Fee Filer System to submit payment. Please visit the FCC’s Fee Filer Web site at http://www.fcc.gov/fees/feefiler.html to begin the payment process, and refer to this Public Notice for further guidance.
