The NAB Radio Show will include a session that highlights effective strategies for converging terrestrial and digital radio. The session, titled "Digital Think Tank," will take place Wednesday, September 23 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. During the session a panel of digital leaders in radio will discuss what platforms generate the most revenue, discover what digital applications are beneficial to the industry and learn how to activate an effective and affordable digital strategy.

Mike Agovino has more than 25 years of executive experience in radio and is recognized as a leader in the sales and marketing of on-air/online integration. Prior to serving as COO of Triton Media Group, Agovino was president of Katz Radio Group. Under his leadership Katz Radio was the number-one billing national rep firm every month of every year from 1990 through 2000. Following his tenure at Katz Agovino became the COO of Clear Channel Radio Sales, where he helped build the company to more than $800 million in national revenue.
Deb Esayian develops market opportunities as founder and co-president of Emmis Interactive, Inc. Recognized as one of Radio Ink’s most influential women in broadcasting, Esayian's success stems from her ability to use her sales and marketing background to successfully integrate new and traditional media models. Over the past five years Esayian has trained more than 2,000 salespeople and sales managers in using creative engagement solution techniques to monetize their Web sites.
David Goodman has served as president of the CBS Interactive Music Group since May 2009. In this position, Goodman is responsible for bringing together the resources of CBS Interactive with the content, promotional, advertising and sales opportunities provided by CBS RADIO and Last.fm, as well as monetizing the division's ongoing digital initiatives. He served as president of digital media and integrated marketing for CBS RADIO from 2007-2009 and was president of marketing from 2005-2007.
Paul Krasinski is the COO of Ando Media, an organization established in 2004 that provides audience measurement and ads management solutions for the Internet audio market. As COO, Krasinski is involved in all facets of business development for Ando, including new clients and strategic relationships. Prior to this position, Krasinski was vice president and general manager of Westwood One and director of the digital media and interactive division at Greater Media. He has extensive experience working with venture capital funds, startups, advertising agencies and financial services organizations.
