Reminder that the April 2 deadline is approaching for companies that want to opt-in to the NAB streaming agreement. If you are a company that is currently streaming music, and you want to choose the NAB negotiated rates, you must fill out an election form on the SoundExchange Web site. Go to www.soundexchange.com, click on "Download Forms" then click on "Digital Music Services." If you are not currently streaming music today, but begin Internet streaming at a later date, the NAB agreement will remain available. You will need to fill out an election form within 30 days of beginning your streaming activity.
