"Building and Implementing an Effective Strategic Plan," is designed to provide executives with the tools they need to set the right goals and objectives and translate them into an operational plan that an entire organization can execute successfully. It will be led by the Eagle Hill Consulting Group of McLean, Va.

"Keeping Your Team Engaged and Motivated in Challenging Times," will be presented by Georgetown University’s Dr. Robert Bies of the McDonough School of Business.
