Dave Ramsey Dave Ramsey to Keynote NAB Show Radio Luncheon
Dave Ramsey, money management expert and host of the nationally syndicated radio program, "The Dave Ramsey Show," will deliver a keynote address at the NAB Show Radio Luncheon, held April 21 in Las Vegas. During the luncheon, sponsored by ASCAP, Ramsey will discuss the financial challenges faced by his listeners, and what radio broadcasters can do to relate to their audiences in the current economic climate.

Spotlight on Service
This month, the spotlight is on WNZR-FM and WMVO-AM in Mount Vernon, Ohio. The two stations competed against each other to raise cash donations and cans of food in response to tightened budgets among Knox County residents. Their efforts resulted in 54 truckloads of food and $180,000 in donations to feed the area's hungry. Click here to read more about the "Food for the Hungry" drive. NAB Education Foundation Appoints New Members to Board of Directors
The National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF) announced last week that David Barrett, president and CEO of Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. and Larry Patrick, managing partner, Patrick Communications, were recently named to NABEF's Board of Directors. Both candidates were approved unanimously by the NABEF Board of Directors during the group's December meeting.
