NAB and TVB announce a special Account Executive Sales Seminar Series - Selling in a Difficult Economy – featuring Mike Blinder, author of the recently published book, Survival Selling Even in the Toughest Times.

Blinder started his media sales career during the 1980s recession, and he was successful - eventually becoming sales manager for a group of radio stations. How? By applying the same skills and systems to help close business that he will share with you in this special three-part webcast series.

Blinder believes that the most successful sales people never lose sight of the basics. He provides an overview of what it takes to succeed in media sales, regardless of experience or market size. Three special webcasts will be offered during the first quarter of 2009 as follows:

Session 1 – January 7, 2009, 4 – 5 p.m. Eastern Time
The basics of what we sell
Prospecting new business
Getting in the door and establishing instant business to business rapport

Session 2 – February 4, 2009, 4 – 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time
