The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced that the DTV Quarterly Activity Station Report (Form 388) must now be filed in the FCC's Consolidated Database System (CDBS). Previously, stations were required to file Form 388 via the FCC's electronic comment filing system. The next report is due on July 10. Click here to read the order. Please note that in order to file documents through the CDBS, your station must sign up for a Federal Registration Number (FRN).
