Radio Heard Here: Tell Us Your Best Radio Stories

We want to hear your best radio stories. As part of the next component of the Radio Heard Here campaign, we are collecting stories from radio enthusiasts across the country.

We're looking for stories that would translate well to video and that embody radio's ability to engage listeners and build strong communities. The stories may include on-air or behind-the-scenes personalities. The Radio Heard Here campaign team will make selections from these submissions and send a video crew out to shoot videos that will be posted at the Radio Heard Here Web site and sites like YouTube, Google Video and Veoh.

With Radio Heard Here, we are reminding radio insiders, the media industry and consumers of radio's value. We are mobilizing you - radio's ambassadors - to communicate radio's relevance and vitality to the public at large.

And what better way is there to share radio's value with the public than through sharing your own radio stories?

Radio Heard Here is the latest phase of the Radio 2020 initiative, a joint initiative of the National Association of Broadcasters, the Radio Advertising Bureau and the HD Digital Radio Alliance. Radio Heard Here is a comprehensive, multiplatform, viral campaign that includes a wide spectrum of promotional and educational initiatives designed to engage virtually the entire ecosystem that radio touches.
