Fourth Live DTV Webcast for Television Stations

On June 4 at 1 p.m. (EDT), the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) will present its fourth live webcast for television stations about the digital television (DTV) transition.

NAB Vice President of the Digital Television Transition, Jonathan Collegio and Michael DiSerio, NAB director of public affairs and marketing for the digital television transition, will discuss the following topics:

  • September 8 analog shut-off test by stations in Wilmington, N.C. market
  • Latest updates on the converter box coupon program
  • NAB's new spots about the low-power issue
  • Recent examples of stations that have conducted their own analog shut-off tests, such as "Pull the Plug" by KVBC-TV in Las Vegas. KVBC's General Manager Lisa Howfield will call in to share lessons learned from the May 2 test.

As always, participants will be able to submit questions real-time via email.
