The FCC recently released a revised version of its handbook, "The Public and Broadcasting." This publication is required to be placed in every station's public file. Stations are also required to provide a copy of the handbook to any member of the public who requests one.

Every station should remove the previous version of the publication from its public inspection file and replace it with this new version. The revised publication can be accessed here.
