Bob Barker was inducted into NAB's Broadcasting Hall of Fame at the Television Luncheon on Monday at the NAB Show. On a stage with "The Price is Right" game memorabilia, Barker told the audience,
"I miss that applause most of all. No, what I really miss is the money!" At the end of the luncheon, sponsored by Microsoft, Barker was given his signature skinny microphone and hosted an impromptu installment of "The Price is Right" where contestants spun the iconic wheel and played "Plinko."
The luncheon was emceed by "Access Hollywood" co-host Billy Bush and also featured Alan Frank, president of Post-Newsweek stations and chairman of NAB’s Television Board of Directors.
