The National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF) offers a number of education and training opportunities in the form of funding to women and people of color to attend management programs designed to enhance the executive skills of radio and television broadcasters. NABEF offers funding for the following programs: NAB Management Development Seminar for Television Executives, a joint venture of NAB, Medill School of Journalism and the Kellogg School of Management held in July at Northwestern University, and the Executive Development Program for Radio Broadcasters held in July at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. The deadline for fellowship applications is March 31, 2008.
Fellowships that cover registration fees and some expenses are available for women and people of color in the broadcasting industry. Encourage your staff to take advantage of these opportunities today!
