Take Note: FCC Changes Lockbox Bank

The FCC has announced that it will now be using U.S. Bank in St. Louis, Mo., as the lockbox bank for all FCC programs. A lockbox bank serves as the filing and processing agent for a corporation or government entity. The FCC’s lockbox will open mail, process funds, record remittance data and deposit funds into FCC accounts. The FCC formally used Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, Pa. All payments, fees and applications, with the lone exception of payments for the 700 MHz auction, should be sent to U.S. Bank. Mellon Bank will no longer be accepting deliveries, but will forward inadvertently mailed documents and payments to U.S. Bank until the end of March. The FCC's new lockbox address is:

U.S. Bank
1005 Convention Plaza
SL-MO-C2-GL
St. Louis, MO 63101
