NABEF has tapped veteran journalist Neil Foote as the new editor of the "BroadReach Diversity Business Quarterly." Foote brings over 25 years of newspaper, broadcasting and internet experience. "BroadReach" was designed as a resource for broadcasters to find information and solutions to help incorporate diversity into their business decisions.
