The NAB/BCFM Television Employee Compensation and Fringe Benefits survey is a unique report that includes approximately 25 invaluable tables so you can compare your station's compensation and fringe benefits with those of similar stations. To protect your station’s interests, no individual station data is reported. Instead, summary statistics (e.g., averages, medians, etc.) are used for the report.
