Robert is a highly accomplished executive and innovative educator with more than 30 years of success in media, marketing, advertising, political advertising campaigns and government, automotive, entertainment, television broadcast and radio. Leveraging extensive experience successfully building and leading sales and marketing organizations in the traditional and new space, Robert is a valuable asset to media, marketing and advertising companies seeking expert assistance developing a strategic plan to address below average sales and marketing expectations, the need for media training for executives to increase marketing revenue averages and for companies facing challenges within the political campaign sphere. His key areas of expertise include local television marketing, broadcast and cable advertising, political campaigns and marketing, digital media and all levels of training and coaching. Along with his business expertise, he is also a professor of media studies at St. John's University, which keeps him on top of all things new. He works on the cutting edge and stays a step ahead of the business world.

Throughout his executive career, Robert has held leadership positions with SportsChannel Cablevision/Rainbow Advertising Sales, Group 'W' Sports Marketing Westinghouse Electric Corp., Katz Television Group, ION Media Networks as vice president and St. John’s University. Robert has been responsible for and successful in launching a well-received program of professional development courses for all staff at St. John’s; graduating more than 1,000 participants from weekly training seminars and he wrote five training manuals for hundreds of training seminars within five years. In addition, he uses his marketing and media experience to mentor and coach employees, resulting in a 12 percent increase in productivity.

Currently, Robert is president and CEO of RNR Media Consulting. He consistently works with repeat clients, successfully training them in proven methods to increase marketing and advertising revenue.

Robert holds a B.A., Politics/Communications from Catholic University of America. He has volunteered with the Wounded Warrior Project, Hurricane Sandy Relief, Dog and Cat Rescue and as manager, coach and mentor for Downtown Little League.
