Sponsor Resources

As soon as you have signed your contract, the first step is to submit your logo and company profile to NAB. This will ensure you receive the most promotion for your investment. Suggestion: Forward a URL that directs attendees to a product page or announcement that you are featuring at the show.

All Sponsors Receive:

  • Sponsor recognition alongside the event or service listing when promoted in official SMTE promotional print pieces or in electronic communications.
  • Complimentary conference registrations to SMTE. (Note: you must register prior to the event. The purchase of event sponsorship does not automatically register you for the event. You will receive a custom registration code from your exhibitor/sponsor services team. Once you receive the code, register here)
  • Sponsor logo with a link to corporate web site from the SMTE sponsor page.
  • Acknowledgement as the official sponsor of the event or service in the SMTE printed schedule.
  • FREE listing in the online portal including:
    • Company description (100 words or less)
    • Company contact name, title and contact information (address, web link, phone)
    • Company Logo

Additional Sponsorship Elements (per contract)

Not all sponsorships include these options; refer to your contract for details and eligibility.

Companies utilizing any of the following elements must submit the applicable forms to NAB by the deadline. It is very important that NAB is aware of your plans weeks in advance to prepare accordingly. Therefore please complete these forms by the deadline listed.

  1. Sponsor Remarks
    Certain sponsorships include the opportunity to make brief remarks. Remarks must be approved by NAB in advance.
    Max length Two minutes

  2. Ad Panels/Pop-up Banners
    Ad panels/pop-up banners displayed at the event.
    Quantity One (unless otherwise listed in sponsor contract)
    Max Size 28”x44” (ad panel) or 32” w x 8’ h (pop-up banner)
    Form Complete the ad panel/pop-up banner logistical planning form
    Deadline Completed form due September 1

  3. Promotional Items
    Option to provide promotional literature or items to be distributed to attendees at the sponsored event.
    Quantity Request suggested quantity for sponsored event (adorman@nab.org)

  4. Conference Bag Insert
    Option to provide a conference bag insert (brochure, promotional item, etc.) for the conference bags.
    Quantity 500 (suggested)

Shipments must arrive September 11.

To ensure prompt delivery, NAB-provided shipping labels MUST be used for all materials.

Display Cases Up to 50 lbs $39.95

Pallets Up to 299 lbs $149.95
300-599 lbs $299.95
600-899 lbs $449.95
900+ lbs $599.95
Oversized Fees Additional fees generated for oversized dimensions and weights
Forklift $49.95 per shipment
Storage After five days a fee is assessed $5/day packages, $25/day pallets
