SAN Strategies: Storage Area Networks for Editing Facilities
Editing complex projects such as reality television programs, documentaries and effects laden feature films takes the use of a SAN. Allowing multiple points of access to centralized media storage speeds up the workflow chain and saves time, but these systems don’t necessarily run themselves. Come to this session to discover strategies employed in SAN deployment to make that enormous project much more tame.
