Exhibitor/Sponsor: Registration

Submit Exhibitor Registration Form to register booth personnel by Friday, October 18, 2013.

Badges for the Solutions Center at the 2013 NYC Television Week are not mailed in advance. All badges will be available for pickup on site at Exhibitor Registration located in the lobby of the Metropolitan Pavilion. A valid photo ID will be required.

Each exhibiting company must register personnel who will work in their booth for an exhibitor badge. The badge gives your staff access to the exhibit floor during published exhibitor access hours.

Badge Allotment

Exhibiting companies receive complimentary booth personnel registrations based on the scale below.

Conference Passes

Each exhibiting company receives three (3) full access conference passes so that their booth personnel may attend the NYC Television Week conference sessions.
This pass is not interchangeable and must be assigned to a specific staff member.

Guest Passes

Each exhibiting company receives unlimited complimentary guest passes to invite current and prospective customers to attend the Solutions Center at NYC Television Week for free. Your guest pass code is listed in your confirmation letter.

Registration Hours  

Exhibitors may pick up individual badges during the following times:

Monday, October 28 Noon – 6 p.m.
Tuesday, October 29 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Wednesday, October 30 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Additions/Cancellations/Changes/Corrections

Preshow, you can make additions, cancellations, changes or corrections by contacting Elena Castronova. Modifications and lost badge replacements will also be provided onsite at Exhibitor Registration located in the lobby of the Metropolitan Pavilion..
