Access the Exhibit Floor
Your official Exhibitor Badge gives you access to the show floor: Monday, October 28 between Noon – 6 p.m.; on Tuesday, October 29 between 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.; and on Wednesday, October 30 7:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Badges must be worn during exhibitor move-in and move-out.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) are independent contractors hired by exhibiting companies. They can include labor building your booth, booth supervisors, booth designers, independent display companies, delivery personnel, technicians, Manufacturing Reps, etc.

An EAC will only be granted access to the show floor if show management has been notified via the Exhibitor Registration Form AND received a valid Certificate of Insurance. There will be no exceptions.

Guidelines & Regulations

Certificate of Insurance
The Certificate of Insurance is a General Liability Insurance Certificate naming NAB, Metropolitan Exposition and Metropolitan Pavilion must be named as additional insureds.

The EAC shall, at its sole cost and expense, procure and maintain through the term of NYC Television Week (including move-in and move-out), comprehensive general liability insurance against claims for bodily injury or death and property damage occurring in or upon or resulting from the premises leased by NYC Television Week. Such insurance should confirm to the Sample Insurance Form.

Other Terms & Conditions

Age Requirements
For safety and security, no one under the age of 16 is permitted on the exhibit floor at anytime.

Direct Selling
Show management strictly prohibits over-the-counter sales (i.e., cash, check or credit card). Only bona fide business orders for future delivery are permitted. Show management reserves the right to close down booths in violation of this regulation.

ALL Exhibitors must comply with all Metropolitan Pavilion rules applicable to exhibit construction, installation, operations and dismantling, as well as any applicable federal, state or local statute and/or regulation.

The Metropolitan Pavilion is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted in any interior area of the facility or within fifteen feet (15') of any pedestrian entrance. Exhibit personnel are not allowed dock access during show hours for the purposes of smoking.
