NAB Small Market Television Exchange - Sponsorship Elements
As soon as you have signed your contract, the first step is to submit your logo and website URL to NAB. This will ensure you receive the most promotion for your investment. Suggestion: Forward an URL that directs attendees to a product page or announcement that you are featuring at the show.
Logo Specifications: EPS file minimum 300 dpi.
All Sponsors Receive:
- Sponsor recognition alongside the event or service listing when promoted in official Small Markets Television Exchange promotional print pieces or in electronic communications.
- Complimentary Conference registrations to SMTE. You will receive a custom registration code from your exhibit services team. Once you receive the code, click here to register.
- Sponsor's logo with a link to corporate web site from the SMTE sponsor page.
- Acknowledgement as the Official Sponsor of the event or service in the SMTE Program.
- FREE listing in the online and printed program including:
- Company Description (100 words or less)
- Company Contact Name and Title and Contact Information (address, web link, phone, fax)
- Company logo

Not all sponsorships include these options; refer to your contract for details and eligibility.
Companies utilizing any of the following elements must submit the applicable forms to NAB by the deadline. It is very important that we are aware of your plans weeks in advance so that we may prepare accordingly; therefore please complete these forms by the deadline listed.
- SMTE Program and Website Advertising:
Please send program and website ads to advertising@nab.org by the indicated deadline.
Form: Complete the Program Ad Form
Deadline: Completed form due August 16, 2013
- Sponsor Remarks:
Representative from your company may make brief opening remarks. Remarks must be approved by NAB in advance.
Max Length: Two minutes
Form: Complete the Sponsor Remarks Form
Deadline: Completed form due by September 6, 2013
- Ad Panels/Pop-Up Banners:
Ad panels/pop-up banners displayed at the event.
Quantity: 2 (unless otherwise noted in sponsor contract)
Max Size: 28"x44" (ad panel) or 32" w X 8' h (pop-up banner)
Form: Complete the Ad Panel/Pop-Up Banner Logistical Planning Form
Deadline: Completed form due September 13, 2013
- Promotional Items:
Option to provide promotional literature or items to be distributed to attendees at the sponsored event.
Quantity: Request suggested quantity for sponsored event by emailing advertising@nab.org
Form: Complete the Promotional Items Logistical Planning Form
Deadline: Completed form due September 13, 2013
- Conference Bag Insert
Option to provide a conference bag insert (brochure, promotional item, etc.) for the conference bags.
Quantity: 500 (suggested)

Shipping Instructions:
Shipments must arrive between September 23-24, 2013. Exact dates are listed below, depending on the type of shipment (conference bag insert, ad panel, etc.)
To ensure prompt delivery, NAB provided shipping labels should be used for all materials.
