NAB Small Market Television Exchange - Sponsorship Elements

General Sponsorship Elements
As soon as you have signed your contract, the first step is to submit your logo and Web link to NAB. This will ensure you receive the most promotion for your investment. Suggestion: Forward an URL that directs attendees to a product page or announcement that you are featuring at the show.

Logo Specifications: EPS file min. 300 dpi.
Post logo on the NAB FTP Site (Instructions)
Send email to advertising@nab.org when you are posting files, include the sponsor company name, file name and size of file and URL of Web link.

All sponsors receive the following benefits:

• Sponsor recognition alongside the event or service listing when promoted in official Small Markets Television Exchange promotional print pieces or in electronic communications.
• Complimentary Conference registrations to SMTV - Register Now! Refer to your sponsor contract for quantity and registration source code.
• Sponsor's logo with a link to corporate web site from the Small Markets Television Exchange Sponsor page. If you would like to change the link please provide your company's URL (Web address) via email to advertising@nab.org to as soon as possible.
• Acknowledgement as the Official Sponsor of the event or service in the Small Markets Television Exchange Program.
• FREE listing in the online and printed program including:
  • Company Description (100 words or less)
  • Company Contact Name and Title and Company Contact Information (address, web link, phone, fax)
  • Company Logo

  1. Ad Panels/Pop-Up Banners
     
     Ad panels/pop-up banners displayed at the event. Suggestion: When creating signage, limit the amount of text and focus on eye-catching graphics that convey your message or feature your products.
     
     Quantity: two (unless otherwise listed in sponsor contract)
     
     Max Size: 28"x44" (ad panel) or 32" w x 8' h (pop-up banner)
     
     Complete the Ad Panel/Pop-up Banner Logistical Planning Form.
     
     Ship to arrive at the facility by September 10 - 11, 2012, using the Sponsor Shipping Label.
  
  
  2. Small Markets Television Exchange Program Advertising Ad Specs Post to FTP Site (Instructions) Send email to advertising@nab.org when you are posting files, include the sponsor company name, file name and size of file.
  
  
  3. Promotional Items
     Suggested Quantity: 500
     
     Option to provide promotional literature or items to be distributed to attendees at the sponsored event. Complete the Promotional Items Logistical Planning Form. Ship to arrive at the facility by September 10 - 11, 2012, using the Sponsor Shipping Label.
  
  
  4. Conference Bag Insert
     
     Option to provide a conference bag insert (brochure, promotional item, etc.) for the Conference Bags.
     
     Suggested Quantity: 500
     
     Complete the Conference Bag Inserts Logistical Planning Form.
     
     Insert(s) must arrive at the facility by September 10, 2012, using the Conference Bag Insert Shipping Label.
     
     Materials not received by this date will not be included in the bag and no refund will be provided.
  
  
  5. Sponsor Remarks
     
     Representative from your company may make brief opening remarks.
     
     Max length: Two minutes
     
     Complete the Sponsor Remarks Form
     
     Deadline: August 24, 2012
     
     Remarks must be approved by NAB in advance.
