NAB Room Rate: $169 plus tax for single or double accommodations.
You are encouraged to make your hotel reservations early as the special NAB Exhibitor/Sponsor room rate is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and only up to August 19th. Hotel reservations made after August 19th cannot be guaranteed and will be taken only on an availability basis. Reservations must be cancelled more than 72 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty. The room block is reserved for registered attendees only; therefore once registered, an email confirmation with a discount code will be forwarded to make your hotel reservations.
Parking Fee: Both Valet and self-parking are complimentary at the resort.
Important Exhibitor Housing Advisory
It has been brought to our attention that SMTE Exhibitors and Sponsors have been subject to improper solicitation from third-party housing agencies.
There is no official housing company for the Small Market Television Exchange and all attendees are responsible for calling the hotel directly to reserve rooms. Any housing company that has reached out or contacted you directly should be viewed with extreme suspicion.
We have received complaints from:
- Convention Housing Services
- Bonotel
While SMTE pursues all legal channels to halt this practice when brought to our attention, there are too many of them opening up every day. SMTE has no affiliation with these room brokers and all attendees are responsible for booking their own housing directly with the hotel.
- What comes with my booth?
- One (1) 6' draped (black) table
- Two (2) chairs.
- Exhibitors may bring table top pop-ups as long as it fits on the table.
- Easels are available upon request to display an ad panel OR one pop-up banner to be placed to one side of the table.
- Exhibit back drops and wall banners are not permitted unless a premium space has been purchased.
- How many complimentary registrations come with my exhibit or sponsorship?
Exhibitors – One complimentary. Additional registrations are $625 each; limit of (2) additional.
Sponsorships – Two complimentary. Additional registrations are $625 each; limit of (2) additional.
- When will I receive the attendee list?
Two weeks prior and after the event we will provide an attendee list with names, titles and company.
- When do shipments need to arrive?
Shipments must arrive at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa between September 23-24, 2013. Materials received between these dates will be delivered to the booth on Wednesday, September 25th at 2 p.m.
- Is there WiFi in the exhibit hall?
Yes, but there is a fee and must be ordered ahead of time.
Wireless – $75 per day, per computer.
Hardline – $100 per day, per computer.
- Are pop up booths allowed?
No.
- Where do I register?

- When will booth numbers be assigned?
At the time of space selection.
