NAB Room Rate: $179 plus tax for single or double accommodations.
You are encouraged to make your hotel reservations early as the special NAB Exhibitor/Sponsor room rate is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and only up to August 6. Hotel reservations made after August 6 cannot be guaranteed and will be taken only on an availability basis. Reservations must be cancelled more than 72 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty. The room block is reserved for registered attendees only; therefore once registered, an email confirmation with a link will be forwarded to make your hotel reservations.
Parking Fee: Valet on-site parking is $27.00/day. Off-site self-parking is $8.00/day.

3. How many complimentary registrations come with my exhibit or sponsorship?
Exhibitors - One, additional registrations are $595 each; limit of three total.
Sponsorships - Two, additional registrations are $595 each; limit of four total.
4. When will I receive the attendee list?
Two weeks prior and after the event we will provide an attendee list with names, titles and company.
5. When do shipments need to arrive?
Shipments must arrive at the Renaissance Nashville by September 10 -11, 2012. Materials received between these dates will be delivered to the booth on Thursday, September 13 at 8 a.m.
6. WiFi in the exhibit hall?
Yes, but there is a fee.
Wireless - $13.95 per day, per computer.
Hardline - $150 per day, per computer.
7. Are pop up booths allowed?
No.

9. File type for logos?
High resolution (at least 300 dpi) logo in .eps format to advertising@nab.org
10. When will booth numbers be assigned?
At the time of space selection.

13. What is the prize giveaway?
In an effort to enhance the Small Market Television Exchange attendee experience, NAB is offering the opportunity for each exhibitor or sponsor to donate a prize to be given away during the conference. All prizes will be collected and given out during the live auction. If you would like to participate, please complete and return this form. All exhibitors and sponsors participating in the Prize Giveaway will be given name recognition at the time of the giveaway and listed as a Prize Giveaway Participant on-site.
