As a table-top exhibitor, you will be an integral part of the entire event. You may attend the sessions and exchanges and will also have face time with attendees at all networking functions. Our exhibit services team will work with you on collecting necessary details pre-show and ensuring you meet each deadline.
Standard Table-Top Displays:
All displays must fit on the assigned table. Exhibit back drops and wall banners are not permitted. Please see photo for an example rendering.
Easels are available upon request to display an ad panel OR one pop-up banner to be placed to one side of the table.
Premium Table-Top Displays:
Exhibit back drops are permitted for premium table-tops ONLY and must be no wider than 6ft.
AV Order Form:
Each Exhibitor is responsible for pre-ordering any AV, Electrical, and Internet needs before arriving onsite. These orders should be placed directly with the hotel, using the forms below.

Security:
At the conclusion of each day, the ballroom will be locked but there is no hired overnight security. We strongly urge you to store valuable items (laptops, etc) in your room at night.
Shipping:
Shipments must arrive between September 23-24, 2013
To ensure prompt delivery, NAB provided shipping labels should be used for all materials. Exhibitors are responsible for tracking their own packages to the Hotel. There is a $5.00 per package charge (or $20 per package over 75lbs.) for all packages shipped to and held by the hotel. NAB is not responsible for items not arriving on time due to failure to follow these instructions.

Method of Return:
All exhibitors are responsible for packing up and shipping their materials. Please bring your own return labels. NAB staff at the Hotel will be on hand to assist you with your return shipment.
Exhibitor Move In:
Exhibitor Move In will be limited to Wednesday, September 25 from 2 - 5 p.m. The exhibit hall will open at 9 a.m. on Thursday morning and all exhibitors must be show ready at that time.

Exhibitor Move Out:
Exhibitor Move Out will be limited to Friday, September 27 from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Early breakdown of your table top exhibit is NOT permitted.
