NAB Small Market Television Exchange - Exhibitor Resources

As a table-top exhibitor, you will be an integral part of the entire event. You may attend the sessions and exchanges and will also have face time with attendees at all networking functions.

All displays must fit on the assigned table. Exhibit back drops and wall banners are not permitted. Please see below for an example rendering.

Easels are available upon request to display an ad panel OR one pop-up banner to be placed to one side of the table.

Exhibitors Receive:

• One 6 foot draped (black) table
• Two chairs
• One conference registration (Note: you must register prior to the event. The purchase of the exhibit space does not automatically register you for the event.
• Option to purchase up to two (2) additional conference registrations at member rate.
• FREE listing in the online and printed program including:
• Company Description (100 words or less)
• Company Contact Name and Title and Company Contact Information (address, web link, phone, fax)
• Company Logo

Attendees will be viewing exhibitor descriptions online now so don't wait for the print directory deadline to update your company information! The deadline to submit this information for inclusion in the printed directory is 5 p.m. EST, Wednesday, August 1, 2012.

To submit your company's official listing,

• Go to http://expo.nabshow.com/smtv2012/public/e_Login.aspx
• Enter your Customer password. Your password is listed on your confirmation email. If you are unsure of your password, the information can be emailed to the contact on file with NAB by selecting the "Email My Login Info" button on the login page or contact exhibit services at (202) 429-4189.

Security
At the conclusion of each day, the ballroom will be locked. However we strongly urge you to store valuable items (laptops, etc) in your room at night. Exhibitors are encouraged to join attendees for all sessions. If you prefer to sit at your exhibit table, please be respectful and keep talking to a minimum during sessions. Early breakdown of your table top exhibit is NOT permitted.

Shipping
Shipments must arrive between September 10-11, 2012.

To ensure prompt delivery, NAB provided shipping labels should be used for all materials. Exhibitors are responsible for tracking their own packages to the Hotel. There is a $7.00 per package charge (or $0.40 per lb. for packages over 50lbs.) for all packages shipped to and held by the hotel. NAB is not responsible for items not arriving on time due to failure to follow these instructions.

Method of Return
All exhibitors are responsible for packing up and shipping their materials. Please bring your own return labels. NAB staff at the Hotel will be on hand to assist you with your return shipment.

Exhibitor Move In
Exhibitor Move In will be limited to Thursday, September 13th from 8am - 11:00am. You must arrive at the Renaissance Nashville to check in and be show ready by 11:00am.
