Registration Policies

Audio/Video Recording: No recording is allowed.

Badges: All badges must be picked up onsite at the State Leadership Conference registration desk at The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. Badges will not be mailed in advance. The registration desk will be open from 12 to 6 p.m. on Monday, March 4, and 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5.

Refunds/Cancellations: To ensure your space in the conference, please register and make full payment by Friday, February 15, 2013. If you need assistance with your registration, please contact customer service at (888) 740-4622. If you must cancel, please contact Shelley Barker at sbarker@nab.org no later than 5 p.m. EST on Monday, February 25, 2013. No refunds will be given for cancellations after that date, however substitutions will be accepted.
