Registration Policies

Audio/Video Recording: No recording is allowed.

Badges: All badges must be picked up onsite at the State Leadership Conference registration desk at The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. Badges will not be mailed in advance. The registration desk will be open from 12 to 6 p.m. on Monday, March 12, and 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13.

Refunds/Cancellations: Registration and full payment must be made no later than Thursday, March 1, 2012. To receive a refund, cancellation notification must be made in writing and emailed to NABSTATE@experient-inc.com. You can also call the customer service number at (888) 740-4622. Cancellations must be made no later than 5 p.m. EST, Thursday, March 1, 2012. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested after March 1, 2012, but substitutions will be accepted. NAB reserves the right to cancel any program and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
