Eligibility
If you are in broadcast management (GM, sales, programming, news) at a radio or television station, group, cluster or region, with career advancement and development ambitions, you are eligible to attend the Executive Development Seminar. Other radio and television executives with general management responsibilities are welcome, space provided. With a maximum class size of 26, early registration is key.

Program fee includes tuition, instructional materials, four NAB sponsored breakfasts and lunches, coffee breaks, one group dinner, as well as a certificate of completion. Travel expenses are not included in the program fees.
NOTE: Program fees and related travel expenses may be deductible as company educational expenses. Ask your financial advisor for more information.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by June 1, 2012, will be assessed a $495 administrative fee. Cancellations between June 2 and June 29 will be subject to a 75% penalty charge. No reimbursement will be made for cancellations after June 29, 2012. NABEF reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.

NABEF Fellowships
The NAB Education Foundation has established a Professional Fellowship Program to provide management training for radio and television broadcasters of demonstrated ability who show promise for future advancement in broadcasting. NABEF will award up to eight fellowships to attend the Executive Development Seminar. Eligible applicants include women and/or people of color who are general managers, group executives, news directors, sales managers, program directors or other senior level broadcast managers.
